Role Overview

Kearys Motor Group is looking for top calibre candidates to join its winning team. We are currently seeking to recruit a full-time Parts Advisor to join our dynamic, growing team based in Nissan, Kinsale Road Roundabout, Ballyphehane, Cork.

Role Responsibilities:

• Serving Parts through both the front counter and workshop.
• Maintaining and building relationships with trade customers.
• Ensuring all customers are dealt with promptly and courteously.
• Ensuring that the procedures for handling cash, cheques and accounts are fully adhered to.
• Reporting any stock damage or stock losses to the Parts Manager.
• Ensuring that the EPC (Electronic Parts Catalogue) system is kept up to date and all current information available.
• To assist in stock checks when required.
• Maintain excellent relationships with all suppliers.

Role Requirements:

• Previous experience within a similar role.
• Previous experience with Kerridge would be advantageous but not essential.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong administration skills.
• A positive and outgoing personality.
• Flexible approach to work.
