Kearys Milestone Awards

Towards the end of last year, we launched the Kearys Milestone Awards. This employee recognition program was created to honor the dedication and loyalty of our team members who have been with us for 10, 20, and even 30 years. Since our founding in 1980, Kearys has grown from a single location in Mallow to a network of 13 locations across Ireland by 2023. This growth is a testament to the hard work and commitment of our staff, and the Milestone Awards are our way of saying thank you.

In 2023, we were proud to acknowledge over 80 employees for their milestone anniversaries with Kearys. The celebration was a recognition of 55 employees who have dedicated a decade of service, 14 employees who have been with us for two decades, and 9 remarkable individuals marking 20 years with the Kearys Motor Group. This event was not just a celebration of the years spent together but an evening of sharing fond memories through the years.

Bill Keary and Brendan Keary hosted the event for our award recipients and their guests at the Maryborough House Hotel. They were joined by Kearys Brand Ambassadors, Lucy Kennedy (our fantastic MC), Paul McGrath, Simon Zebo, and guest MC Keith Duffy, who all enjoyed meeting everyone on the night.

One of the highlights of the evening was the announcement by Brendan Keary that the Milestone Awards would become an annual tradition. This decision underscores our commitment to recognizing the hard work, dedication, and professionalism that our employees bring to Kearys every day. We look forward to celebrating more milestones that our staff members achieve in their careers with us.
