Kearys Motor Group's commitment to excellence and its reputation aligns perfectly with the company's core values, The Keary Way. The Keary Way was initiated in 2021 by our leadership team and has been developed via workshops and training sessions with all our Heads of Business, Sales and After Sales managers, facilitated by our performance coach, Ian Kingston of Essential Training over the past 18 months.
The Keary Way comprises of three core pillars: People First, Customer Driven, and Professional.
1. People First
The active involvement of our owners, Bill and Brendan Keary (Jr), reflects the value placed on individuals within Kearys. By prioritising the well-being, growth, and development of employees, Kearys demonstrates its commitment to the People First pillar. This focus on people creates an environment where employees feel valued, supported, and motivated to excel in their roles.
2. Customer Driven

Kearys Milestone Awards
Towards the end of 2023, we launched the Kearys Milestone Awards. This employee recognition program was created to honor the dedication and loyalty of our team members who have been with us for 10, 20, and even 30 years. Since our founding in 1980, Kearys has grown from a single location in Mallow to a network of 13 locations across Ireland by 2023. This growth is a testament to the hard work and commitment of our staff, and the Milestone Awards are our way of saying thank you.
