Role Overview

Kearys Motor Group is looking for top calibre candidates to join its winning team. We are currently seeking to recruit an IT Support Agent to join our dynamic, growing team based in Hyundai, Kinsale Road Roundabout, Ballyphehane, Cork.

Role Responsibilities:

• Working in a growing Service Desk team with procedures based on ITIL Framework.
• Remote Monitoring and Management support and configuration of customers infrastructure
• Provision accounts and equipment
• Remote and Desktop Support for customers throughout Ireland.
• Maintain and build the current documentation in place.
• Hardware troubleshooting
• Interacting with and managing 3^rd parties
• Application troubleshooting and support
• Imaging and Deployment
• Manage File Permissions and Access Rights
• Backup Management and Support
• Configuration and Support of Mobile Devices

Role Requirements:

Accreditations

• A Microsoft MCP for Desktop or Server
• Comptia A+

Experience

• Working in a technical support environment
• Infrastructure and Application Support
• Customer Services
• Call Handling

Successful candidates will receive exposure to

• Most recent Microsoft Operating Systems
• Virtualization – Hyper-V and Azure
• SMB Networking Environments.
• Unified Communications – Microsoft Teams.
• Remote Access Solutions – VPN and Azure Windows Virtual Desktop.
