Job Description:

Kearys are currently seeking to recruit a HR and Recruitment Administrator to join a busy HR department on a maternity cover contract. The successful candidate will report directly to the HR Manager and will gain invaluable exposure in a variety of key HR functions.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment and Selection:

  • Creating and posting job adverts across jobs boards, the company website and social media platforms.
  • Working closely with management regarding recruitment necessities across the Group.
  • Screening potential candidates.
  • Arranging interviews.
  • Conducting reference checks.
  • Issuing new starter documentation and onboarding new employees.

Administration:

  • Provide administrative support to the HR Function e.g. letter requests, scanning of documents, filing etc.
  • Maintenance of employee records (HRIS data entry).
  • Management of daily HR queries to ensure a timely response.
  • Updating and co-ordination of training events and programmes.
  • Maintenance of the time and attendance system.
  • Complete other ad hoc duties as required.

Key Requirements:

  • Previous recruitment experience is essential.
  • CIPD qualified is advantageous.
  • Previous experience within a similar role an advantage.
  • Full, clean driving license.
  • Able to work on own initiative as well as a team.
  • Ability to conduct oneself in a professional manner and to act with discretion and integrity at all times.
