Kearys Motor Group is rapidly expanding and looking for top calibre candidates to join its winning team. We are currently seeking to recruit a Handover Specialist/Customer Experience Specialist to join our dynamic, growing CarStore Dublin team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as a crucial link between sales, service, valeting and finance to ensure a seamless buying process and exceptional experience for our customers.
• Provide administrative support to Sales Executives throughout the sales process.
• Understand and anticipate customer's needs and requirements.
• Be the first point of contact for customers.
• Develop and maintain a full knowledge of all products, accessories and key features.
• Conduct vehicle handovers.
• Other ad hoc duties as required.

Key Requirements:

• Previous experience in a customer-facing role is essential.
• Previous experience in the motor industry is preferred, but not required.
• Experience in the motor industry is preferential.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and organisational skills.
• Must be able to multi-task and handle competing priorities.
• Energetic and friendly attitude.
• Well organised and can work as part of a team and on their own initiative.
• Proficient in Microsoft office.
