Kearys Motor Group is looking for top calibre candidates to join its winning team. We are currently seeking to recruit a Customer Service Manager to join our dynamic, growing team Kearys Midleton.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate Service customer bookings.
• Deal with escalated Service customer issues as necessary.
• Ensure all Service customer satisfaction scores are positive.
• Work with the Workshop Foreman to co-ordinate the flow of work to the workshop.
• Work with Group retention staff to ensure workshop is fully booked at all times.
• Facilitate service department to achieve set targets.

Key Requirements:

• Exceptional customer service skills and phone manner.
• Experience within a service department preferable, not essential.
• Results focused with a proven track record of delivery.
• Strong project and analytical skills.
• A strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, (including Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to communicate at all levels within the business.
• Full, clean driving license.
