Every Step Counts: Kearys Motor Group Climbs for a Cause
At Kearys Motor Group, we're passionate about supporting the communities we serve. This June, seven dedicated members of our team are stepping away from the showroom and office to take on one of Ireland's toughest endurance events – the Ireland 4 Peaks Challenge – all in aid of two incredible charities: Marymount University Hospital and Hospice and the Irish Cancer Society.
What is the 4 Peaks Challenge?
The Ireland 4 Peaks Challenge is a demanding two-day endurance event that sees participants climb the highest mountain in each of Ireland's four provinces. Over the course of just 48 hours, challengers will cover an incredible 55 kilometres on foot and ascend a combined 3,646 metres.
The four mountains are:
Carrauntoohil, County Kerry – 1,038 metres
Mweelrea, County Mayo – 814 metres
Slieve Donard, County Down – 849 metres
Lugnaquilla, County Wicklow – 925 metres
It is a test of physical endurance, determination and teamwork, but for our team, the motivation goes far beyond reaching the summit.

Representing Kearys Motor Group in this year's challenge are:

Together, they are training hard and preparing to take on this incredible challenge while raising much-needed funds for two charities that provide vital support to individuals and families across Ireland.
Supporting Two Incredible Causes
All funds raised from the Kearys 4 Peaks Challenge will go directly to Marymount University Hospital and Hospice and the Irish Cancer Society.
Marymount provides specialist palliative care and support services to patients and families, delivering compassionate care when it matters most.
The Irish Cancer Society works tirelessly to support cancer patients and their loved ones through services, research, advocacy and education, helping thousands of people across Ireland every year.
Every donation, no matter the size, will make a real difference and help these organisations continue their life-changing work.
