Marketing Executive

Location: Cork

Payment: DOE

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting Kearys Group Marketing Manager to ensure alignment between digital and traditional media communications and campaigns and budgets

· Developing, co-ordinating and implementing promotions, events and campaigns across Kearys Motor Group.

· Providing marketing support to Sales Managers and Sales Staff.

· Liaising with agencies and media suppliers and continually monitor budgets

  • Manage digital marketing campaigns end-to-end, including planning, targeting, set-up, content creation, testing, execution, reporting and optimisation of the campaigns.
  • Measure performance of digital marketing efforts using a variety of Web tools.
  • Acquire insight in online marketing trends and keep strategies up-to-date.
  • Evaluating customer research, market conditions and competitor data.
  • Review new technologies and keep the company at the forefront of developments in digital marketing.

Key Requirements:

· Marketing qualification or equivalent, preferably with digital marketing

· 3+ years’ experience in a marketing role or similar.

· Strong understanding of current online marketing concepts, strategy and best practice.

· Ability to multi-task, prioritise workload and meet tight deadlines

· Excellent IT skills with a strong knowledge of website analysis and CMS systems, Excel and PowerPoint.

· Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills as well as energy and enthusiasm and the ability to think outside the box

CRM Executive

Location: Cork

Payment: DOE

Key Responsibilities:

· Planning and delivering CRM strategies across the company encouraging customer retention and customer loyalty.

· Deciding on the CRM platform structure and architecture ensuring it works seamlessly across the organisation and captures all required information at key points in the customer life cycle.

· Customer Journey Mapping analysing touch points with the organisation and maximising commercial opportunities.

· Working closely with all departments to ensure the CRM works effectively for all aspects of the company.

· Overseeing direct communications with customers through the CRM.

· Monitor and maximise customer lifetime value strategies ensuring maximum profitability.

· Ensuring the database is segmented effectively for targeted marketing activities.

· Development of testing strategies to guarantee the most efficient approach for the organisation and its customers.

· Coming up with creative ideas, preparing proposals, overseeing the production process & execution and reporting the results to the relevant people.

· Working in line with GDPR.

Key Requirements:

· Relevant qualification and/or experience.

· Previous Motor trade experience and/or use of Kerridge a significant advantage.

· 2+ years experience in a similar role.

· Strong background in customer acquisition, re-engagement and retention strategies.

· Up-to-date knowledge and experience of CRM systems.

· Ability to work intensely and independently to tight deadline dates at all times.

· Excellent IT skills with a strong knowledge of CMS systems, CRM systems, Microsoft office.

· Understanding of CRM role in Marketing strategies.

· Ability to work with both internal and external stakeholders.


Service Advisor

Location: Cork

Key Responsibilities:

· Organise workshop schedule for the day and liaise with the workshop controller.

· Understand customer's needs and requirements.

· Communicate with customers throughout the day.

· Take bookings for the service department.

· Advise customers of any additional work to be carried out.

· Invoice work upon completion.

· Explain work carried out.

· Follow up with customers.

Key Requirements:

· 2+ years of experience as a Service Advisor.

· Excellent communication skills.

· Previous customer service experience.

· Ideally have a technical understanding/background.

· Full, clean driving license.


Junior Sales Executive

Location: Cork

Job Description:

Working as part of a larger sales team, the Sales Executives will be responsible for maintaining showroom standards and working closely with Senior Sales Executives, with customer satisfaction always the main focal point.

Key Responsibilities:

· Be responsible for new and used car displays.

· Develop and maintain a full knowledge of all products, accessories and key features.

· Be responsible for the preparation of all new and used vehicles prior to handover.

· Kearys’ overall focus is to train and develop the candidates, so they can quickly progress into a selling position.

Key Requirements:

· A positive, can do attitude.

· Self-motivation.

· Excellent communication, presentation and customer skills.

· Ability to work in a team environment.

· Full, clean driving licence is essential.


Automotive Service Technician

Location: Cork

Payment: DOE

Terms: Permanent | Full Time

Key Responsibilities:

· Carry out work provided competently and within the times laid down by the Flat Rate Manual, or to time acceptable by Foreman if hourly work, or factory times not available.

· Ensure that times are recorded as requested by management.

· Attend internal and external training courses, as directed by management.

· Keep the place of work tidy and in a clean condition.

· Advise the Workshop Foreman or Service Adviser of any additional work necessary on a car during a service.

· Ensure parts of Warranty Claims are retained and are cleaned out and drained of oil, where necessary.

· Ensure exchange parts are returned to Parts Department when required.

· Be prepared to work overtime, with reasonable notice, if requested by the management.

· Ensure that the vehicles worked on are carefully handled and that all reasonable care is taken of that vehicle on the premises for repair or service.

· Maintain and develop skill levels in all aspects of repair, service and maintenance of vehicles.

· Make full use of Special Tools, Service Test, Service Equipment and training as provided to improve customer service levels and workshop efficiency.

· Maintain thorough and current Product Knowledge and read all Service Information and Service News bulletins as supplied by Service Management.

Key Requirements:

· Prior experience in a similar role.

· Qualified Service Technician.

· Ability to work as part of a team and on own initiative.

· Full, clean driving licence.

· Excellent communication and customer service skills.
