Service: 15,000Km (Petrol)/ 20,000Km (Diesel) Year 1 

Manufacturers Requirements

  • Replace engine oil and filter
  • Inspect Clutch Fluid- except Aygo
  • Inspect clutch pedal height-except Aygo
  • Inspect drive belts A/C.ALT. P/S etc
  • Inspect hydraulic power steering fluid level
  • Inspect air conditioning
  • Inspect lights, fluid levels, wiper blades, washer fluid(adjust as necessary)
  • Inspect active height control suspension fluid.
  • Inspect engine for oil leaks
  • Inspect gearbox for oil leaks
  • Inspect transfer/final drive oil leaks
  • Inspect/adjust handbrake travel
  • Inspect brake pads and discs
  • Inspect suspension ball joints, dust covers/boots
  • Rotate wheels (if necessary) inspect tyre wear and adjust air pressure
  • Inspect exhaust pipes and mountings
  • Body inspection
  • Inspect air bag and seat belt condition/SRS warning light
  • Inspect front and rear suspension
  • Lubricate drive shafts and prop shafts
  • Validate owner’s maintenance log book
  • Test drive after service performed
  • Install service reminder sticker
  • Wash and vacuum vehicle

 

DIESEL VEHICLE

  • Drain fuel filter
  • Reset maintenance lamp

 

Service: 30,000Km (Petrol)/ 40,000Km (Diesel) Year 2

Manufacturer’s Requirements

  • Replace engine oil and filter
  • Replace brake fluid
  • Replace diff/transfer oil 4WD & RWD(under extreme conditions)
  • Inspect brake pedal and parking brakes
  • Inspect brake hoses and pipes
  • Inspect engine air filter
  • Inspect charcoal canister
  • Inspect cooling and heating system
  • Inspect fuel filter, cap, connections and vapour
  • Inspect cabin air filter
  • Inspect shift lever of manual 6 speed manual transmission
  • Inspect clutch fluid – except Aygo
  • Inspect steering wheel/linkages and power steering fluid
  • Inspect brake shoes and drums
  • Inspect/adjust handbrake travel
  • Inspect brake pads and discs
  • Inspect suspension ball joints, dust covers /boots
  • Rotate wheels (if necessary) inspect tyre wear and adjust tyre pressure
  • Inspect exhaust pipes and mountings
  • Body inspection (corrosion perforation)
  • Inspect air bag and seat belt condition/ SRS warning light
  • Inspect front and rear suspension
  • Inspect lights, fluid levels, wiper blades, washer fluid (adjust as necessary)
  • Lubricate drive shafts and prop shafts bolts
  • Validate owner’s maintenance log book
  • Test drive after service performed
  • Install service reminder sticker
  • Wash and vacuum vehicle
  • *Note: Vehicle use under heavy duty conditions will require more frequent servicing

 

Diesel Vehicle

  • Drain fuel filter
  • Inspect timing belt
  • Reset maintenance lamp
  • For vehicles often operating in extremely dirty conditions, such as mining. Inspect for cracks on the timing belt and abnormal wear on the pully.

 

Service: 45,000Km (Petrol)/ 60,000Km (Diesel) Year 3

Manufacturers Requirements

  • Replace engine oil and filter
  • Inspect clutch fluid- except Aygo
  • Replace diff/transfer oil 4WD & RWD
  • Inspect clutch pedal height- except Aygo
  • Inspect drive belts A/C.ALT. P/S etc
  • Inspect hydraulic power steering fluid level
  • Inspect air conditioning
  • Inspect active height control suspension fluid
  • Inspect engine foe oil leaks
  • Inspect cabin air filter
  • Inspect gearbox for oil leaks
  • Inspect transfer/final drive oil leaks
  • Sensory check of the timing chain
  • Inspect /adjust handbrake travel
  • Inspect brake pads and discs
  • Inspect suspension ball joints, dust covers/boots
  • Rotate wheels (if necessary) inspect tyre wear and adjust air pressure
  • Inspect exhaust pipes and mountings
  • Body inspection
